had brand-new double room with a good shower, a modern bathroom, as for instance. the hotel's location was decent, really close to the main port, the beach, and ecuador. dined at palm beach, it was not very far from the venue.

There was an array of activities for everyone, including snorkeling and diving, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. The hotel also offered bike hire, allowing us to explore the beautiful surroundings of Puerto Villamil. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure that our family had a great time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the daily service was excellent. We would definitely come back for another enjoyable family vacation!

The hotel was conveniently located on a street with many shops, including a bakery with delicious cakes. The owner and staff were kind and helpful, providing great assistance throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed with clean sheets. We enjoyed the daily cleaning service and the convenience of staying next to the pool area.

There were a few issues with the room, such as the smell of cigarette smoke, see-through curtains, and a rattling window. The light in the room flickered, and the floors, bathroom, and window seals were not properly cleaned.

The breakfast was delicious. The courtyard has potential. There were some ants, but staff quickly relocated me. Room 10 had a great balcony overlooking the pool. The staff arranged a fantastic volcano trip.

We loved the outdoor area where we could relax and read in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The internet service was reliable and allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the center of Isabella where all the restaurants are. Highly recommend!

We had a wunderful time staying at Hotel Loja. the staff was so nice, helping out with everything, bringing my clothes to laundry service, organizing tours, bicycle etc. Great service. Very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the room was perfect, with comfortable beds and a 5-star hotel standard bathroom. the daily cleaning and linens were a real treat for the Galapagos. the inner yard was a nice place to relax, cool and quiet. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the restaurants and the seafront. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.

I had an incredible stay at a lovely hotel in Galapagos. The room was spacious and clean, and I even had my own balcony. The breakfast was delicious, with different options each day. The hotel has a nice yard with a pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Leslie, the English-speaking staff member, was extremely helpful and arranged all of our tours and ferry tickets. She even helped us with our laundry. One thing to note is that the wifi didn't work well, but that seems to be the case everywhere in the Galapagos Islands. Despite this, I would definitely return to this amazing hotel and highly recommend it to others. By the way, don't miss out on the Los Tuneles snorkeling tour – it was absolutely fantastic!
